Service Executive In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Retail and Aon Business Services colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey. This role can be based in our Auckland CBD, Takapuna, Silverdale or East Tamaki location. What you’ll be doing Supporting client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols Confirming policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers Preparing premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations Maintaining accurate client data across systems Following up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information Assisting with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management Working closely with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure excellent service delivery Skills and experience that will lead to success You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry, otherwise experience coming from a customer or solution driven environment with strong administrative aspects to the role would be well suited.
