Lead development of customer-consumable software capabilities providing visibility into platform state, telemetry, hardware health indicators, and Intel Architecture internals. Analyze large-scale telemetry, reliability, and quality datasets to identify defect signatures, platform health trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner directly with hyperscale cloud customers and strategic partners to understand fleet requirements and drive software solutions. Lead root-cause investigations and create scalable screening methodologies for validation and customer environments. Drive automation, observability, analytics, and infrastructure improvements that improve fleet monitoring and operational efficiency. Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across software architecture, diagnostics, telemetry, and platform health domains. Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure successful deployment of fleet health capabilities across current and future Intel Xeon platforms. Influence long-term software strategy and customer quality initiatives across development, validation, and in-fleet operations. Candidate Profile The successful candidate should bring a combination of: Leadership and software architecture expertise in C/C++ and Python.
