This role requires a highly organized and commercially aware candidate who can manage cross-functional projects, connect stakeholders across the business, and ensure productivity initiatives are delivered on time, in full, and in line with quality and business requirements. Responsibilities Lead value engineering project plans from ideation & kick-off, through to implementation to deliver procurement productivity (saving) KPIs. Managing MEA cross-functional ideation sessions for saving projects. Define project scope and manage timelines, milestones, risks, to ensure on-time execution Close follow-up with Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution for network activities. Manage communication with all key project stakeholders. with ensuring having the needed updates and reporting. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. Track project progress, validate savings, and maintain project documentation and reporting. Analyze cost structures with procurement team to identify optimization opportunities across categories. Ensure all implemented changes comply with quality, regulatory, and business requirements. Execute run-in run-out (RIRO) plans for VE projects to avoid supply chain losses. Support in data visualization / automation and process enhancement. Connect with global productivity team for brainstorming and project visibility. Steering and consolidating overall productivity KPIs to track and report business impact across procurement price negations and value-creation projects.
