Our purpose is simple - to deliver a sustainable future for the world through science and collaboration. If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place. この職務について（役割概要） Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics の Technical Service & Development（TS&D）チームでは、 ダウ日本開発センター（ JDC ） 勤務の シニア R&D/TS&D テクニシャン を募集しています。 本ポジションでは、ラボでの実験業務を担当し、TS&Dメンバーと密接に協力しながら、エラストマー（ICT）および包装材関連顧客に対して、アプリケーション開発、技術サービス、トラブルシューティングに関する技術支援を提供します。 安全かつ効率的なラボ運営を実践し、チームの一員として協力的かつ効果的に業務を遂行することが求められます。 主な職務内容 安全で効率的なラボ運営 ラボにおける安全かつ効率的な運営を実現するため、運転規律（Operating Discipline）の原則、手順および実務を遵守する。 環境・安全衛生（EHS）の推進者として、関連方針や手順の理解と遵守を徹底する。 安全に関するベストプラクティス、習慣、行動の模範となる。 ラボ試験の実施　（ 各種ラボ設備や試験手法を用いて評価を行う。） 樹脂物性評価 密度測定 メルトインデックス（MI）測定 DSC（示差走査熱量測定） FTIR（赤外分光分析） 顕微鏡観察 その他関連試験 加工・試作 プラスチックおよびゴムのコンパウンド、混練に関する知識・経験を持つ フィルム成形プロセスを理解している 実験計画の立案・実行 TS&Dによるレビュー用の実験計画を作成する。 承認された計画に基づき、定常業務およびより複雑な非定常業務を実行する。 データ整理および報告 実験・研究結果をプロジェクトチームや研究責任者へ共有する。 支援研究に使用するデータ表やグラフを作成する。 試験結果を適切かつ明確に要約・報告・記録する。 ラボ管理業務 サンプル在庫管理 サンプル発送・配送対応 試験設備の保守・点検および記録管理 ラボ5S活動 EHS活動 TS&D 活動の支援 TS&Dメンバーと協力し、試験方法や評価能力の開発・改善を支援する。 応募資格（必須要件） 学歴 以下のいずれかの分野における短期大学卒業以上、または学士号取得者 化学 化学工学 高分子科学 材料科学 関連分野 経験 化学実験室における5年以上の実務経験 化学品および高分子材料の基礎物性評価スキル ラボ設備の操作および保守経験 語学 技術レポート作成および日常的なメール対応ができるレベルの英語力（読み書き） About you and this role Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics Technical Service & Development (TS&D) team is now open for a position as a Senior R&D/TS&D Technician in Yokohama, Japan Dow Center (JDC) .
