We’re seeking a  SEO & GEO Specialist to join our fast-growing Marketing team at  EY Studio+ Athens . In this role, you will help clients improve their organic visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms (LLMs). You will work across strategy, content, and technical SEO/GEO, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact. Partnering with multidisciplinary teams across design, development, and analytics, you will contribute to the end-to-end delivery of SEO/GEO initiatives for leading clients across industries. Be part of a global network shaping the future of brand experience and creativity in business and technology—both in Greece and beyond.    Your key responsibilities As an SEO & GEO Consultant, you'll support the planning and drive the execution of integrated SEO and GEO initiatives, ensuring that content, technical foundations, and performance insights work together to improve brand visibility, perception and drive business outcomes. Also, you will:

Support the development and execution of SEO strategies, covering technical, content, and performance aspects. Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility through content research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Contribute to GEO initiatives, ensuring content is optimized for AI-driven discovery and answer engines. Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices across websites and digital platforms. Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, supporting client discussions and deliverables. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and third-party platforms. Stay up to date with evolving search trends, including AI-driven search and changes in search engine algorithms

3-5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, ideally within a consulting or agency environment. Proven ability to identify what drives impact on SERPs and AI/LLM-driven environments, with a focus on prioritizing high-impact actions and delivering results efficiently. Demonstrated experience delivering tangible and measurable results for brands (e.g., traffic growth, visibility improvements, conversions). Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy. Hands-on
