You work independently, reliably, and with a strong focus on hygiene You either have a Swiss B or C permit OR EU citizenship

Masterfully preparing and refining all dishes based on precise records and recipe cards Artistic plating of individual dishes and buffets Professional preparation of mise en place Strict adherence to the 49-point checklist and HACCP guidelines Careful completion of all relevant Brand Standard documents Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen and refrigerator Preparing and seasoning all dishes using the Use Records and Recipe Cards Plating dishes and setting up the buffet Setting up the mise en place Adhering to the 49-point checklist and HACCP rules Sharing responsibility for order and cleanliness in the kitchen and refrigerator Taking over the station chef’s responsibilities in their absence Attending all relevant meetings and training sessions
