About this role
Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
The Community You Will Join
The Airbnb ACC Enterprise Ops team is a dynamic business unit dedicated to delivering safe, quality stays and exceptional experiences for travelers worldwide. It helps increase supply effectiveness, utilization, and impact using people-powered operations.
The Difference You Will Make
As a Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team that sources, qualifies, and enriches leads to accelerate supply growth in priority geographies and markets. Blending inspirational people leadership with program-management rigor, you will:
• Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified leads
• Optimize tooling, processes, and KPIs to improve velocity and conversion
• Surface actionable insights that shape go-to-market and product strategies
• Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and operational excellence
Your leadership will directly expand Airbnb’s supply and unlock new revenue streams for the business.
A Typical Day
A typical day for a Supervisor in a Lead Generation team at Airbnb blends hands-on operational management with program-level thinking to drive supply growth across markets. The role is not limited to tracking daily output. It involves continuously diagnosing performance, improving lead quality, optimizing processes, and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that generated leads translate into high-quality hosts on the platform. You are expected to operate both at the execution layer (managing operational metrics) and at a strategic level (building scalable systems, improving conversion funnels, and supporting broader supply growth goals).
• Review daily performance metrics including leads generated, conversion rates, and region-wise pacing to identify gaps and reprioritize focus areas
• Align the team on daily targets, priority geographies, and workflows while ensuring clarity on expectations and output quality
• Monitor lead quality and pipeline health, identifying issues such as low conversion sources, duplicate leads, or market saturation
• Reallocate headcount dynamically across regions or workflows based on performance and business priorities
• Work on process improvements such as refining sourcing strategies, introducing pre-qualification steps, and reducing manual inefficiencies
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Analytics teams to share insights, gather feedback on lead quality, and influence tooling or workflow changes
• Drive automation and tooling initiatives to improve scalability and team efficiency
• Conduct quality reviews and provide coaching to improve agent-level productivity and accuracy
• Track progress against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, flag risks early, and take corrective actions to stay on track
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives such as new geo expansion, lead recycling programs, and capacity planning
