Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the on-site expert customers rely on to keep instrumentation running safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and basic repairs while representing the company professionally at customer locations across your assigned region.

Calibrating temperature, pressure, pH, hardness, ovens, flow, water systems, and centrifuges, along with performing troubleshooting, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance. Perform NIST traceable calibration services on general process equipment. Calibrate and maintain a wide variety of instrumentation in regulated environments (FDA, EMA) and under ISO quality standards. Communicate effectively with customers and management. Occasionally lead multi-person teams for calibration and maintenance jobs. Follow company SOPs, customer procedures, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and close out jobs with customers. Use calibration management software; training will be provided.
