Join Altria's Technology & Corporate Development organization and play a key role in translating business priorities into scalable delivery solutions that support trade programs, sales execution, and customer engagement across the business! The  Associate Manager, Customer Delivery  is a hybrid role located in  Richmond, VA.   This role supports the delivery of capabilities that enable trade programs and promotional strategies. You will collaborate with teams in commerce, sales, business functions, and technical areas. This will enable you to prioritize work, improve processes, and support systems and data needed for promotional initiatives. Success in this role requires proficiency in aligning business objectives with technology delivery while driving continuous improvement across trade program operations. What you will be doing:

Engaging with business customers to translate promotional strategies into prioritized business and technology delivery initiatives. Collaborating with business, sales, operations, and technical groups to understand program objectives, workflows, and user needs. Converting business requirements into clear user stories, delivery plans, and actionable work items for delivery teams. Supporting the delivery and ongoing improvement of systems, data, and processes that enable promotional program execution and tracking.
