The Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS) provides answers to contract-related inquiries generated by our direct customers and business partners, seeks to improve synchronization of contract price and eligibility, resolves customer price and eligibility discrepancies and supports contracting process improvements.    As Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering resolution on invoice discrepancies related to pricing and eligibility, retro approvals, managing inquiries from our Distributors/Wholesalers, and IDN Roster activities.  Your primary responsibilities will include operational execution, process improvements, and strategic collaboration with internal business partners such as our operating company franchise partners and other internal Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc.
