Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime. In this internship, you’ll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business. Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation! What you’ll do • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives • Attend team meetings, complete assigned projects within established timelines, and present findings to management • Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders • Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to support learning and growth • Support the team in researching industry trends, financial statements, and market data • Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to further develop your technical and professional skills • Join regular team meetings to understand our top-down macro investment process and performance metrics. Minimum Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028 • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale • All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related field • A demonstrated interest in investments • Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
