Job Description

Senior Empower Technical Lead Join us and be part of our dedicated team that provides support for our Global Manufacturing Laboratories to improve efficiency and compliance while improving our CDS Platform stability and useability. This opportunity will provide exposure to our Global CDS architecture and the multiple teams that provide support, which include file servers, databases and LACEs. Responsibilities: •Coordination of development resources and activities across DEV, UAT, and PRD environments. •Serve as the primary technical authority for Empower configuration, integration, and validation in the manufacturing space. •Configure and maintain LACE hardware and images. •Develop and Maintain Interfaces to GLIMS, AHLIMS, and NuGenesis. •Perform System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities which include developing and maintaining system documentation (SOP’s) and validation protocols (IQ/OQ) •Communicate with the Global Empower Team. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years making a difference in a Pharmaceutical, Scientific, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics field. •Greater than 3 Years technical experience with Waters Empower CDS in a multi-site enterprise environment. •Empower Administration experience with expertise in CDS concepts, including ICOP drivers, method troubleshooting, client server installs, user management, security, and data workflows. •Certification in Empower Administration preferable. •Strong understanding of chromatography instruments and lab workflows. •Optional experience in Powershell. •Experience in Pharma Industry and cGMP practices. •Experience influencing, direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and successfully networking and forming partnerships with cross-functional teams. •Good Communication Skills including fluency in English Required Skills: Applied Engineering, Asset Management, Benefits Management, Biochemical Analysis, Biochemical Assays, Biochemical Tests, Chromatography, GMP Compliance, Healthcare Innovation, Management System Development, Mechatronics, Multi-Site Management, Product Lifecycle, Product Management, Requirements Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, System Designs, Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Systems Documentation Preferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE US and Puerto Rico Residents Only: Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
