The GET (Global Engineering Team) organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems solutions. We operate in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) and in partnership with key internal/external network. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for supervising a multi-craft team of maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) in the execution of maintenance activities supporting manufacturing operations. This role focuses on the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of maintenance work, ensuring equipment availability and supporting production objectives through effective team leadership and operational execution. The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates day-to-day maintenance activities, supports established maintenance programs, monitors team performance, and partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality to maintain reliable operations.

Supervises a team of multi-craft maintenance technicians and is accountable for conducting effective performance management, coaching, and development. Coordinates daily maintenance activities, work assignments, and priorities to support production schedules and business objectives. Ensures preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed in accordance with established procedures, schedules, and compliance requirements. Monitors maintenance work execution and equipment performance, escalating issues and risks to Maintenance Management as appropriate. Supports troubleshooting efforts and assists maintenance technicians in resolving equipment-related issues and restoring equipment to service.
