Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support the Account Operations team at adidas Central Europe East. In this role, you will support daily operational activities related to wholesale customer order management, data maintenance, reporting, and customer service processes. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, customer service, supply chain processes, and SAP systems within a dynamic international environment. You will work closely with Account Operations Specialists and Sales teams, contributing to the efficient conversion of customer orders and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Supporting Account Operations Specialists in daily orderbook management activities Monitoring and maintaining customer orders in SAP and other internal systems Preparing and updating regular reports and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint Supporting order data validation and ensuring accuracy of customer and article information Assisting with orderbook cleansing and identifying potential order issues Supporting customer master data maintenance and updates Monitoring delivery status and supporting delay tracking activities Assisting with special handling requirements and customer-specific operational requests Supporting returns, claims, and complaint administration processes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Structured and process-oriented mindset Analytical skills and confidence in working with data Very good communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) MS Office skills, especially Excel Knowledge of SAP is an advantage Interest in sales operations, customer service or logistic chain processes
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Active student status (Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, International Business or related fields) Availability of around 30 hours per week Previous internship or working student experience in operations, customer service, administration or sales support is a plus Experience working with Excel and reporting tools is preferred Strong willingness to develop in a customer-facing and operational business environment
