About this role
As the Global Head of Employee Experience & Development, you will lead company-wide employee lifecycle programs ranging from onboarding and engagement surveys to learning and development initiatives. You will partner with executive leadership and department heads to analyze organizational data, design actionable engagement strategies, and facilitate structured internal feedback channels. Your mission is to execute scalable programs that support global career growth and foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace for all team members.
Responsibilities
• Onboarding, Offboarding & Retention Strategy: Design and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees and newly promoted managers, conduct structured exit interviews, and analyze offboarding data to deliver turnover mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Engagement Surveys & Internal Communication: Administer annual and pulse employee engagement surveys, translate quantitative and qualitative survey data into action plans with managers, and organize company-wide town halls and feedback sessions.
• Learning, Development & DEI Initiatives: Partner with department heads to build and execute professional development, mentorship, and leadership training programs, while advising Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on goal-setting, budget allocation, and alignment with company DEI strategies.
• Company Events & Recognition Programs: Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide events—such as retreats and team-building activities—and manage recognition programs for employee work anniversaries, milestones, and outstanding achievements.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience leading and managing company-wide employee lifecycle programs, including onboarding workflows, structured exit interviews, and milestone recognition initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience administering company-wide engagement surveys and translating qualitative and quantitative employee data into actionable organizational initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing multiple ongoing programs and planning large-scale company events, such as annual retreats and team-building activities, simultaneously.
• Experience managing confidential personnel data and facilitating sensitive offboarding or employee relations discussions with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience partnering with department heads to build and execute internal professional development, mentorship, and leadership training programs.
• Experience serving as an advisor or sponsor for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including managing budgets and aligning initiatives with broader Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to large groups and facilitating company-wide town halls, open forums, and feedback sessions with staff and executive leadership.
• Experience analyzing offboarding and turnover trends to formulate and present data-driven retention recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience designing curricula, onboarding workflows, or specific training materials for newly promoted managers.
• Familiarity with managing formal employee milestones and work anniversary recognition programs across a distributed or global workforce.
