Job Title Technical Quality Assurance - Advisor I As a Technical Quality Assurance - Sr. Professional II, you will validate Salesforce-based applications and enterprise integrations through functional testing and test automation. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve release quality, strengthen traceability, and support reliable delivery in Agile environments. Your work helps ensure solutions are tested thoroughly, defects are identified early, and business requirements are met with consistency.
What you'll do
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define test scope, test strategy, and quality risks for Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications. Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and traceability artifacts that support functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing. Execute testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, Flows, Apex triggers, workflows, custom objects, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and reusable regression suites using Tricentis Tosca for user interface, application programming interface, and integration test coverage. Manage defects, execution cycles, quality metrics, and reporting in qTest and JIRA, while partnering with Agile teams during sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Validate test data and system behavior using SQL queries, support release sign-off, and perform production validation and post-deployment testing. Mentor less experienced quality assurance team members by promoting test standards, automation best practices, and measurable quality outcomes Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary. Experience you'll need to have: 6+ years of experience in quality assurance across functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing in Agile software delivery environments. 4+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, Flows, workflows, Apex triggers, and custom objects. 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining test automation using Tricentis Tosca for user interface, application programming interface, and integration testing. Experience using qTest for test management, JIRA for defect tracking, and SQL queries for test data validation and analysis Experience with application programming interface testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent tools, and with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience 1+years of Fiserv systems experience. Experience that would be great to have: Experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and enterprise integrations with Workday, SAP, MuleSoft, or similar platforms. Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools supporting automation execution and release workflows. Salesforce, Tricentis, or related quality assurance certifications, or equivalent certification-based training. Experience coordinating testing activities across offshore and onshore teams.
