About this role
Lead and develop a global team responsible for coordinating Purchase Order (PO) Management activities to ensure optimal product availability, service excellence, and achievement of market SLAs. Drive production and capacity optimization by balancing global supply constraints with market priorities while ensuring compliance with global policies, processes, and governance standards. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, enabling timely decision-making and business continuity. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and decision making to resolve supply chain constraints, capacity challenges, and service performance issues. Lead escalations management by coordinating resolution efforts and ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with Sourcing, BPOS, POM, Liaison Offices, Market SCM, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and business objectives. Promote a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset while ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. Process ownership; responsible for documentation, testing and enhancement of a specific business process. Support implementation of projects within area of responsibility and contribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency Lead, coach, train, and evaluate team members while creating development plans. Conduct regular work allocation, talent reviews, performance evaluations, succession planning, and skills assessments to ensure organizational readiness and future capability requirements.

Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented .
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Collaboration and communication skills. Leadership mindset and people focus. Order management experience within SCM is mandatory. Sourcing, service level performance and order fulfillment experience. Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge. Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Planning, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven people-management experience or demonstrated ability to lead a medium-sized team.
