Senior Application Manager, Vice President

Who we are looking for We are seeking a senior application lead, Vice President to lead advanced Markets Reg Reporting solution development. This is a hands-on development role focusing on turning a business need into practical, scalable solutions that meet all regulatory requirements. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of application solutions, from problem framing and solution designing to deployment and monitoring. You will partner with business, global teams to deliver measurable, production-level outcomes. What you will be responsible for Lead the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions to meet business and regulation requirements. Transform the way how we work with new tools/ideas. Partner with business, engineering, data, and governance teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and explainable solutions. Mentor team members and promote best practices in experimentation, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Strong ownership and the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into production-ready solutions. Deep applied experience in financial application development. Quick learner with proactive & innovative mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of proven experience in enterprise application development (Java) and production delivery & support. Strong proficiency in Java programming, with strong experience in Python programming. Familiar with SDLC process (waterfall, Agile) and CICD tools (Git, Jfrog, DevOps etc). Hands-on experience in Databricks and public cloud (AWS or Azure). Strong leadership & management capability with proven stories. Experience in GenAI adoption in SDLC and business use cases. Strong communication & presentation skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to present complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders. Experience in banking or related industry is a plus.
