Who we are looking for An experienced individual for our Equity Swap Static Data team is responsible for day-to-day BAU processing for Equity Swaps in line with the Operating model, internal SLAs and control frameworks.   We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join SST Markets Operations’ Financing Solutions business. Financing Solutions contains three key business lines – Agency Lending, Secured Financing and Prime Services. Our fast-growing Prime Services group is searching for a static ata Specialist, who would be responsible for driving the day-to-day support of the Equity Swaps product. Prime Services is an alternative to prime brokerage and is the only platform that allows clients to borrow stock and finance from a segregated custody account. State Street’s Prime Services solution can reduce counterparty risk, offer additional transparency and provide more control over assets. Clients can also engage in self-borrowing and self-financing from their own long positions from custody accounts. This approach provides a more efficient and cost-effective way to manage long/short portfolios. To meet client demand for synthetic market access globally, Prime Services are expanding their product offering to include Equity Swaps: a market standard Portfolio swap and a flexible Total Return Swap to suit client requirements. Individual who has previously worked in an Operations/Middle Office role would be an added advantage. The candidate will have regular interaction with internal and external customers and the Front Office. A successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of the Equity Swaps flow particularly in one or more of the following: Trade Processing and exception management, Corporate Actions, Trade and Cash Settlement, Confirmations, Middle Office, Reconciliation. What you will be responsible for As Officer you will Perform end-to-end static data setup and maintenance for clients, instruments, counterparties, SSIs, and account structures across relevant systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of static data to support trade booking, lifecycle events, settlement, and reporting Execute maker-checker controls, daily validations, checklists, and SLA sign-offs in line with control frameworks. Investigate, analyze, and resolve static data-related breaks, exceptions, and downstream issues affecting trades or settlements. Support onboarding of new clients, products, and markets, including UAT support and go-live readiness checks. Manage reference data changes arising from corporate actions, regulatory updates, or product enhancements. Respond to internal stakeholder queries (Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology) and escalate issues where required. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready evidence. Identify root causes of data issues and support remediation and preventive control
