Role Overview and Summary We are looking for a hands-on QA/Automation Specialist to validate the Axis / Atmos Agent client across desktop and mobile platforms. This role is suitable for candidates with strong manual testing depth, good networking fundamentals, client-side debugging ability, and practical automation skills. The candidate will be responsible for validating Atmos Agent workflows across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and ChromeOS, including installation, upgrade, login, secure application access, tunnel behavior, DNS/routing, policy enforcement, posture checks, logs, diagnostics, and customer issue reproduction. The candidate is expected to actively automate new feature workflows, enhance and maintain existing automation suites, analyze failures from automation runs, and improve regression efficiency through scripts, tools, and effective use of the existing framework.

Own validation of assigned features across supported desktop and mobile client platforms. Development of common automation libraries within the defined automation framework. Development of Automated test cases for existing and new features for the client application. Integration of automated test suits to CI pipeline, automation execution and triaging any failures. Design, document, and execute functional, regression, integration, upgrade, and customer workflow test scenarios. Validate secure access, authentication, policy enforcement, connectivity, and endpoint compliance workflows. Perform hands-on debugging of client, OS, network, configuration, and environment-related issues. Reproduce field/customer-reported issues and provide clear technical analysis with logs, steps, impact, and supporting evidence. Maintain and enhance existing automation coverage by updating test cases, improving stability, and analyzing failures. Participate in defect triage, release readiness reviews, test
