Engineering Practices & Support Supervisor

The Engineering Practices and Support Supervisor provides leadership and direction for Georgia Power’s Distribution Engineering Best Practices team, Construction Tools Distribution Support Specialist, Best Practice Analyst, and Standards Support Engineer. This position ensures consistent application of engineering standards, supports the safe and effective use of construction tools, and drives continuous improvement in engineering work practices across the distribution organization. The supervisor plays a key role in ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting the professional development of distribution engineers and field personnel.
