What You Will Do : This role will be accountable for all people actions in the engineering and the DT teams in the Collins India organization. They will also have to supervise a team 7 Employee Partners across Bengaluru and Hyderabad sites and engage with executives, senior leaders and work in close collaboration with the Business partners and HR leaders across teams. What You Will Learn: - Driving a high performance culture as an HR leader - Enabling change, cultural alignment, manager empowerment - Leading a team of highly competent HR professionals - Exposure to senior leadership- across HR and Business teams.
