The Opportunity   At EY, AI is transforming how organizations create value, make decisions, and solve complex business challenges. We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to join our AI & Data team and play a critical role in designing and delivering next-generation agentic and AI solutions that enable innovation, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes.   This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and leading high-impact client engagements. You will help organizations throughout their AI journey – all the way from ideation and solution design to implementation and scaling - enabling them to unlock the full potential of AI and emerging technologies.     Your Role’s Responsibilities   As a Senior AI Architect, you will combine deep technical expertise with leadership and advisory skills. You will lead the design and implementation of modern AI solutions that support business transformation, intelligent automation, and decision-making. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable and practical AI solutions. You will drive best practices and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with responsible AI principles. A key part of the role will be helping clients identify AI opportunities, define solution approaches, and guide them from initial ideation through successful implementation and adoption. You will also contribute to business development activities, support client engagements, mentor and collaborate with team members, oversee delivery quality, and help shape the future direction of our AI & Data capabilities.     Skills and Attributes for your Success   You are likely to thrive in this role if...

You are a passionate problem solver who enjoys building innovative AI solutions and helping others succeed. You also combine strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in emerging technologies. You bring hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments, and you are comfortable working across the full AI lifecycle, from experimentation and prototyping through implementation and operationalization. You have experience building intelligent applications and AI-powered workflows and understand how to translate business challenges into practical solutions. You also may have experience with agentic AI solutions and multi-agent environments, which will be highly valued. You are comfortable leading technical discussions, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring high standards for performance, scalability, governance, and solution quality.

Experience delivering consulting services, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting enterprise-scale transformation programmes. Experience facilitating workshops, identifying AI use cases, and helping organizations develop and execute their AI strategies or transformations.
