Seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategies that enable business growth, operational excellence and long-term workforce sustainability. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across all business functions. This includes recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, supply chain, business and program management, leadership positions at every level and all other business functions. The ideal candidate must be a strategic business partner who combines data-driven decision making that drive innovative technology-based recruitment solutions, recruitment marketing, on-boarding and operational excellence – while ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Additionally, the selected candidate will partner with universities, community colleges, technical training providers, workforce development organizations, and professional associations to build and sustain vibrant talent pipelines. Must Have
Bachelors degree plus 10 years of applicable progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience OR Master's degree and 8 years relevant experience Nice to Have
Experience effectively leading outcome based high-volume recruiting initiatives. Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, process improvement, and change management. Proven experience influencing executive leadership through data-driven insights and strategic talent recommendations.
