The Senior Manager, Transformation PMO is responsible for driving execution excellence across the Supply Chain organization by managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning Planning, Procurement, EMS/Outsourced Manufacturing, Logistics, AI, Digital, Analytics, and Operational Excellence. This role serves as the central coordination point across all transformation programs, ensuring projects remain on track, interdependencies are managed, risks are escalated early, and leadership has visibility into overall portfolio health and business impact. The successful candidate will bring strong project management discipline, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Governance •     Maintain and govern an integrated portfolio of 100+ projects and initiatives. •    Establish common project management standards, tools, and reporting processes. •    Monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and dependencies. •    Ensure consistent execution discipline across programs. •    Drive accountability for project commitments and timelines. Transformation Program Coordination Coordinate initiatives across: •    Supply Chain Planning •    Procurement & Strategic Sourcing •    EMS / Outsourced Manufacturing •    Logistics & Distribution •    Digital Transformation •    AI & Automation •    Data & Analytics •    Productivity Programs Act as the connective tissue between teams to ensure alignment and execution.
