As a Senior Technical Recruiter at KLA, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, partnering closely with hiring teams to attract and hire world-class talent across Optical, Opto-Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Product Development disciplines. Strategic Talent Partnership Partner with engineering leaders to align on workforce plans and hiring strategies. Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive hiring trends. Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recruiting strategies and talent market expertise. Full-Cycle Recruiting Lead recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized engineering talent. Conduct candidate assessment and qualification screenings. Facilitate interview processes and stakeholder alignment. Partner with HR teams on offer strategy and negotiations. Talent Pipeline Development Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct talent mapping and competitor intelligence across targeted semiconductor and technology organizations. Utilize modern sourcing technology, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and talent intelligence platforms to engage passive candidates. Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Build trusted partnerships with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
