What is the role? Roku is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Core Analytics team and support the user setup and onboarding product area. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to improve onboarding experiences, identify trends and risks, and guide strategic product and business decisions through pattern analysis. You will partner with product management and engineering teams to identify new features, drive adoption, and develop solutions that track, monitor, and improve the onboarding ecosystem via dashboards, data pipelines, and statistical models. This position offers the opportunity to solve complex analytical problems that directly impact millions of users across the Roku platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation combined with a passion for translating data into clear, actionable insights that shape the user experience at scale. For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $127,500 - $170,400 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
