Responsibilities
Design and develop PLC and SCADA systems for automated manufacturing and process control applications Program and configure HMI screens for operator interaction and process visualization Develop and maintain control systems architecture, including electrical schematics and control panel designs. Lead commissioning, start-up, and validation of new control systems and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve control system failures to minimize downtime Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team to integrate control solutions Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team of mechanical and electrical technicians, establishing clear priorities aligned with organizational goals, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback, and fostering an environment that supports skill development, accountability, and career progression Ability to work towards completion of projects within defined schedules.
