We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs within Amazon's Sub-Same-Day (SSD) Operations across Latin America. This role is responsible for defining, developing, and executing SSD initiatives — spanning network topology, operational expansion, and cross-functional coordination — while driving end-to-end program delivery across the region. You will own the strategy and execution of high-impact programs that enable SSD growth and operational excellence in LATAM.
