Trainee, IT Support

What you will do on a daily basis

Provide first-level IT support to internal users (computer hardware, telephony, printers, internet, business applications, etc.)  Interact professionally with colleagues to ensure a high level of satisfaction  Configure and install computers for new employees  Use the ticketing system to document interventions  Provide an exceptional employee experience from the moment new recruits arrive  Participate in projects based on your curiosity and thirst for learning  Contribute to the enhancement of the IT infrastructure

Vocational (DEP) or college (AEC/DEC) student in IT support Ability to work independently to find solutions Analytical and diagnostic skills Ability to communicate in French and English Strong interest in customer support
