Responsibilities - Support seller onboarding and account management by assisting with the onboarding of new breakers and tracking key performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, livestream performance, and seller health. - Drive category growth initiatives by identifying high-potential sellers across key verticals (e.g., Pokémon, Sports Cards, Memorabilia, Coins) and supporting seller acquisition and category expansion strategies. - Support livestream operations and campaigns, including new product launches, Mega Lives, promotional events, creator activations, and seasonal campaigns. - Assist business operations by organizing Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), tracking Account Manager performance, monitoring business KPIs, and following up on key action items and cross-functional tasks. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to help execute strategic initiatives and improve the seller experience.
