As the lead of Campaign Management within the North America, their mission is to drive consistent, high-quality campaign execution at scale, with rigorous adherence to process, budget discipline, and performance tracking. What You’ll Be Doing: Standardizing Campaign Processes: Implement and enforce a unified set of campaign execution process flows and best practices across all teams and regions, so that every marketing campaign (from planning to launch to post-campaign reporting) follows the same playbook. This involves defining clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , service-level agreements (SLAs) for deliverables, and quality checkpoints. The goal is to ensure every campaign is executed efficiently and “on time, on brand, and on budget” , regardless of which team or region runs it. The Manager will administer quality control over all campaign projects, verifying that essential steps (briefs, reviews, approvals, etc.) are completed for each campaign. They also continuously refine processes to improve speed (“speed to market”) without sacrificing quality or consistency. Leadership & Team Management: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to 10 Campaign Managers. Financial Discipline & MDF Management: A critical part of the role is financial oversight of campaign budgets and Marketing Development Funds (MDF). The manager will track all campaign budgets and vendor-provided funds, ensuring budget accuracy, timely utilization, and full compliance with funding requirements. They establish a “zero-tolerance” policy for letting allocated MDF expire unused – which is essential since many vendor funds expire if not utilized within a set timeframe (often 12 months). Operational Excellence & Capacity Management: Manage the overall campaign production pipeline and capacity planning. With 20+ reports handling numerous simultaneous campaigns, the leader must allocate resources optimally across teams, balancing workloads and adjusting assignments when high-priority projects or “crunch times” arise. They will use tools (like Workfront) and data to monitor each team’s capacity and productivity, ensuring no team is overloaded and that campaigns are delivered per the agreed timeline. Marketing Technology/Operations team to ensure that systems like Workfront, CRM, and analytics tools are configured to support campaign processes and reporting needs (for instance, integrating Workfront with financial systems like Anaplan or Oracle to sync budget data automatically). Performance Tracking & ROI Accountability: Ensure that campaign outcomes are measured and communicated in terms of business impact.
