Serves as the dedicated omnichannel campaign execution lead for Germany, translating brand strategies into Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM customer journeys while ensuring compliant deployment and measurement. Provides end-to-end campaign build, testing, deployment, and optimization support for Germany's major marketing initiatives, enabling rapid execution of customer engagement programs and omnichannel communications. Acts as a critical liaison between business teams, campaign strategy leads, agencies, and technology teams to ensure campaigns move efficiently from concept through execution. Supports Germany as well as broader European and global market activities, bringing campaign engineering expertise and scalable best practices across multiple markets. Key Business Contributions Managed marketing email campaigns and CRM journeys across Germany and the broader European market landscape while supporting additional global initiatives. Executed approximately 190 Home Office Email (HOE) deployments, enabling timely and compliant communications to healthcare professionals and other customer audiences. Designed, built, and delivered CRM customer journeys that advanced Germany's omnichannel engagement strategy. Developed reporting and analytical insights focused on campaign engagement and customer behavior, helping business teams make more informed, data-driven decisions. Led omnichannel enablement efforts through workshops, strategic presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities supporting Germany's digital transformation goals. Drove critical operational and technology improvements, including enhancements to automated target list processes, audience management capabilities, and campaign execution controls.
