Software Engineer Analyst III

The AI Intern will work with the Product Engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and create intelligent user experiences. This role provides hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), machine learning, data engineering, and modern AI platforms. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a passion for AI, software engineering, and emerging technologies, eager to learn and contribute to real-world enterprise AI initiatives.

AI & Generative AI Development Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies. Assist in building intelligent assistants, chatbots, copilots, and knowledge management solutions. Create and optimize prompts for AI applications. Participate in the design and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Assist in evaluating AI model accuracy, relevance, and performance. Data Engineering & Analytics Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from structured and unstructured sources. Prepare datasets for machine learning and AI workloads. Support data ingestion and processing pipelines. Assist in developing analytics dashboards and reports to measure AI solution effectiveness. Machine Learning & Model Development Support the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models. Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering. Assist in model evaluation and performance tuning. Research emerging AI and machine learning techniques. Software Engineering Develop APIs and application components supporting AI solutions. Build Python-based applications and automation scripts. Participate in Agile software development activities. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Support application testing, debugging, and deployment activities. Research & Innovation Stay current with trends in: Generative AI Large Language Models Agentic AI Machine Learning Deep Learning AI Safety & Responsible AI Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies. Present findings, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to the engineering team.
