We are offering complete flexibility so you can choose the track that fits your life and reclaims your work-life balance. (Note: Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage). Full-Time (3 x 12-Hour Shifts/Week): $165,000 – $175,000/year + Sign-On Bonus & Full Benefits (4 days off per week!) Part-Time (2 x 12-Hour Shifts/Week): $99,000 – $105,000/year + Sign-On Bonus & PT Benefits (5 days off per week!) Contractor / PRN (Minimum 1 x 12-Hour Shift/Week): $100/hour flat rate
