About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and driven Design Intern to join our Product Design team in Bangalore for a 6-month immersive experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work as a full member of the team, contributing to real-world projects that ship to external users. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, learn from experienced designers, and help shape the culture and processes of our growing design organization. What You’ll Do

• Design and Ship: Work on end-to-end design projects — from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery — that will be released to real users.

• Collaborate: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to solve user problems and create intuitive, delightful experiences.

• Learn and Grow: Receive mentorship and feedback from other designers, participate in design critiques, and gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle.

• Contribute to Culture: Help evolve our design rituals, tools, and team culture. Your fresh perspective will be valued and encouraged.

• Own Your Impact: Take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and see your work make a tangible difference.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A portfolio showcasing design thinking, craft, and problem-solving across digital products.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Code, etc.
