In your role, you may work from the following Medtronic sites: • Mounds View, Minnesota • Boston, Massachusetts • Lafayette, Colorado • Memphis, Tennessee This role may require 5-10% travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. In this role, you will be part of a senior leadership team driving end-to-end understanding, re-design, and implementation of GO&SC Data Solutions. You will lead hands on Digital Transformation, Data Architecture, Business Process Improvement, and Program execution. As the Director of Data Solutions for Global Operations & Supply Chain (GO&SC), you will lead a team of Digital Transformation Leads who design and drive critical business data solutions and programs that deliver measurable gains in accuracy, speed, effectiveness, and cost of operations. These solutions will focus specifically on GO&SC Master Data & Transactional Data that significantly advance the day-to-day operations, intelligence, and decisions taken across the data ecosystem. GO&SC data analysis domains include Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Shop Floor, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Digital Transformation, Quality Inspection, Quality Management, Outbound Logistics, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Planning, Sales Order Management, Order Fulfillment and Backorder Management, and others.
