Role Summary: Execute the Near-InfraRed (NIR) program for on-line, in-line, and at-line methods, focusing on process monitoring, control, and the release of raw materials and finished products in compliance with CP Standards and Guideline. This position provides critical technical support by writing deviations, leading NIR projects, resolving non-conformances , and authoring CAPAs to ensure seamless operational excellence. Responsibilities:

Execute the NIR program—including control charting, documentation, bias evaluation, and equipment maintenance—to ensure strict compliance for internal and external audits.

Collect data for NIR calibration development and support the validation of rapid analytical methods to optimize manufacturing consistency.
