Technical Relationship Associate

Grade Level (for internal use): 07 Work Shift:   Split - EMEA and India daytime hours The Team: The Technical Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively working with Strategic Accounts globally, serving as the single point of contact for all technical questions and firm-wide issues for both S&P Global and client stakeholders. The team values collaboration, customer-centricity, and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities and Impact: Serve as the Technical Relationship Associate for a set of assigned Strategic Accounts, managing all Capital IQ Solutions technical initiatives and escalations. Assist Account Directors and Relationship Managers with technology-related matters, leveraging appropriate S&P Global resources to resolve issues and implement technology initiatives effectively. Deliver "White Glove" service to Strategic Accounts, supporting user and usage growth and ensuring that technology issues do not negatively impact account renewals. Conduct periodic comprehensive technical account reviews to identify and address service gaps. Liaise proactively with client enterprise IT and Market Data contacts to ensure smooth communication regarding platforms, regulatory requirements, and risk reviews. Take ownership of product packaging, deployment of new platforms and Excel plugin versions, and retirement of legacy platforms for assigned accounts. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s desirable). Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong proficiency in technology within a corporate environment, including computer applications and Windows operating systems. Ability to multitask, analyze, troubleshoot, and manage projects or issues to successful conclusion. Key Soft Skills: Customer service orientation with an appetite for delivering superb support. Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in client service, service desk, technical project management, or a technical setting. Project management experience. Solid understanding and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel within India and APAC to meet IT and Business Unit contacts as needed.
