Partner with the Advisory Services team to understand the unique planning objectives, life-stage priorities, and behavioral preferences of a designated target demographic (e.g., business owners, multi-generational families, or executives with concentrated stock). Construct a mock financial plan from discovery to presentation , practicing how to frame trade-offs, respond to client objections, and communicate complex concepts (asset location, Roth conversions, gifting strategies) in plain language. Demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive team experience by engaging actively with each Wealth Advisor, Planner, and team member on your pod. Engage in Key Corp Enterprise learning labs and networking events. Develop and present a Final Project featuring a planning solution for a hypothetical client case to senior Advisory Services leadership.
