Learning Experience Design Manager / SWA/Journey Maps

The Learning Experience Design Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences that drive operational excellence, leadership capability, and business performance across KFC Africa. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Africa Learning Centre (Streetwise Academy).Leads the strategy, design, and delivery of engaging learning experiences that help people build knowledge and skills. The role combines instructional design, learning science, project management, and leadership to ensure training is effective and aligned with business goals.
