Role
Definition Provides primary administrative support and coordination for the Vice President of Retail Electric Power , with additional administrative support for select Electric Power Division senior leaders . Serves as the lead administrative support resource for the broader Retail Electric Power Solutions (REPS) team, coordinating priorities, communications, schedules, meetings, travel , and team operating rhythms to help the organization run effectively and efficiently .
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, room reservations, technology needs, and follow-up logistics . Coordinate domestic and international travel , including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and changes . Manage expenses , charge card reconciliation , invoice support, payment assistance , and related processes . Welcome and host corporate visitors, including dealers, customers, internal leaders, and external guests . Coordinate offsite meetings, leadership sessions, team events, and customer or dealer engagements . Maintain office logistics , supplies, inventory, equipment coordination, workspace needs, and materials distribution .
