Associate Director, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Lead Location: HQ location across CCEP markets Travel: 40-60% Join CCEP and Shape the Future of Manufacturing Excellence At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we're looking for an experienced Associate Director, TPM Lead to drive the global deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as part of our One Operational Excellence (One OE) System. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the TPM strategy, standards, governance and capability-building approach across our manufacturing network, helping deliver world-class equipment reliability, operational performance and continuous improvement. What You'll Do: • Own and evolve the global TPM framework, standards and maturity models. • Lead the multi-year TPM deployment roadmap across CCEP markets. • Bring leading TPM and manufacturing excellence practices from world-class organisations and shape the future evolution of our One Operational Excellence System • Establish governance, performance tracking and executive review processes. • Build TPM capability through training, certification and coaching programmes. • Act as the global TPM subject matter expert across key pillars including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Early Equipment Management. • Drive sharing of best practices and external benchmarking. • Partner with Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Site and Maintenance leaders to accelerate performance and remove barriers. • Deliver measurable improvements in OEE, reliability, asset productivity, cost efficiency and waste reduction. • Champion TPM as a long-term cultural transformation across the organisation. What You'll Bring: • Extensive experience in TPM, Operational Excellence, Asset Care, Reliability or Manufacturing environments. • Proven success leading TPM or manufacturing excellence programmes across multiple sites or regions. • Experience within TPM, WCM, IWS or similar continuous improvement systems. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. • Demonstrated success delivering operational and financial improvements. • Experience developing capability-building and change management programmes. • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field. • Advanced TPM certification or formal TPM/WCM training preferred. • Lean Six Sigma qualification desirable. • Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
