Be part of the consumer-centric End-to-End innovation platform focused on developing fragrance solutions for malodor control.  Where You’ll Make a Difference  Lead technical projects to develop fragrance solutions for malodor control  Plan and execute laboratory research to build fundamental understanding  Design and interpret technical validation protocols for performance testing  Decipher consumer pain points into executable technical problems  Build foundational programs and capabilities together with the global R&D team and external partnerships  Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration with Perfumery, Sales, Marketing, and Consumer Insights to introduce new solutions for value to market projects with complex timelines  What Makes You the Right Fit  Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 4–6 years of relevant experience required  Master’s degree with 1–3 years of experience preferred  Technical expertise in the labs designing and executing experiments involving chemical reactions, formulations, analytical instrumentations and process equipment  Knowledgeable in lab safety, relevant application, raw materials, & chemical processes  Strong track record in fragrance design, method development, olfactive evaluation and headspace analysis  Experience in both research and commercial project management  Familiarity in scent legal and regulatory   Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with global technical and customer‑facing teams   How Would You Stand Out?   Expert and experiences in designing experiments for research area for either olfactory receptor science, volatile ingredient recognition and sensors and/or congnitive modulation  Experience with fragrance design/formulation, olfactive analysis and evaluation method development  Experience in data mining and statistical analysis  Familiarity with fragrance consumer testing, sensory and analytical characterization and/or computational modeling  Why Choose Us?   Work with leading experts in fragrance, science, and innovation  Be part of a global company driven by creativity and sustainability  Opportunities to grow technical depth and cross‑functional collaboration  An inclusive culture where diversity fuels innovation   We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
