P osition Summary Strategic Comp is seeking a Senior Employee Success Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee onboarding, learning, and workforce readiness programs. This role will help employees become productive more quickly, build organizational knowledge, and successfully adapt to ongoing changes in technology, systems, and ways of working. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leaders, hiring managers, subject matter experts, and shared services partners to create scalable onboarding experiences, role-based learning paths, knowledge management practices, and adoption strategies for enterprise technologies. Great American’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs. This role will play a key part in preserving institutional knowledge, supporting employee development, and helping Strategic Comp prepare for future workforce growth and change. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Strategic Comp's employee onboarding and employee success programs. Establishes and maintains structured onboarding workflows that coordinate activities across Corporate HR, Strategic Comp administrative teams, hiring managers, and departmental subject matter experts. Partners with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and develop scalable role-based learning paths for Strategic Comp job families. Develops and maintains knowledge management frameworks, including job-specific knowledge libraries, documentation standards, and methods for efficient knowledge access and transfer. Facilitates initiatives to capture and preserve critical institutional knowledge, particularly in areas vulnerable to workforce transition and retirement risk. Curates and promotes relevant enterprise learning resources. Drives adoption of productivity, collaboration, and AI technologies by creating learning strategies and practical enablement programs that improve employee effectiveness.
