Executive Casino Host

This position reports to the Executive Host Manager and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with targeted guests through the flawless execution of the VIP contact strategy. The role ensures proactive and consistent communication with guests through outbound calls, face-to-face interactions, emails, and written correspondence. Additionally, the position promotes and markets property amenities, special events, promotions, and exclusive offers to enhance guest engagement, loyalty, and overall satisfaction.
