Bring clarity to ambiguity by connecting insights, aligning teams, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives. Drive innovation through growth experimentation, evolving systems that support product adoption and revenue growth. Build a collaborative, trust-based culture that strengthens cross-functional partnerships and aligns teams around key experiences. Communicate work with clarity and impact to partners and senior leadership. Hire, mentor, and grow top talent while advancing how design operates in the AI era. What you need to succeed 5+ years of experience leading design within a matrixed organization, and a proven track record of success influencing across multiple teams. Deep understanding of growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems. Agility player who thrives in ambiguity and can drive progress, build alignment, and adapt to evolving strategies, shifting priorities, and emerging technologies. High ownership leader who can balance strategic vision with execution rigor and can easily navigate both altitudes. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to different audiences and levels of the organization Demonstrated experience mentoring and fostering an inclusive environment that empowers designers to innovate and deliver impactful work. Experience leading a team crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing.
