The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading approximately 15 hourly shift production employees. Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of production Operations at the Cordova, Illinois facility. Determining staffing deployments and task prioritizations for the crew. Supporting Safety, Quality, and Productivity improvements for your assigned shift. Must be able to work a 12 hour rotating shift schedule. Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High School diploma / GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Five (5) years of combined experience in a lead Operator role or equivalent in a private, public, government or military environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university Experience in leading full-time, part-time, and contingent hourly production employees. Experience with SAP, and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc) Skills include the ability to drive change and implement improvement plans for identified areas of improvement. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific
