Team / division overview The COO Division is a key enabler for DWS and is integral to the future success of the company by delivering world-class services across a set of key functions. It covers essential Technology and Operations capabilities to deliver a platform which is efficient, scalable, resilient and agile. As part of the COO function, the Global Reporting & Performance Measurement department plays a central role in delivering high-quality client-specific and regulatory reporting across the full DWS Active, Passive and Alternatives business. The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for the timely, accurate and controlled generation, publication and distribution of regulatory reports and internal evaluations, ensuring that reporting obligations are met with the required level of precision, consistency and governance. The team works closely with external stakeholders including clients, auditors and supervisory authorities, while partnering with internal functions to ensure smooth process flows, clear communication and effective coordination across multiple interfaces. As part of this agenda, the successful candidate will be expected to actively contribute to automation, AI-enabled process improvement, data-driven controls and smart workflow design, while ensuring that operational risk, auditability and sound governance remain embedded in everything the team delivers. Your responsibilities – As our Operations Specialist- Regulatory Reporting- AVP you will: Prepare, monitor, dispatch and coordinate regulatory reports and ad hoc requests in a timely, accurate and controlled manner, with particular focus on MiFID client-related requirements such as Article 50, 59, 60 and 62. Support regulatory reporting processes across MiFID and PRIIPs transaction costs, position reporting, AIFMD, ECB, Money Market Fund Reporting (MMFR), and banking or insurance regulatory reporting such as CRR II, Solvency II and VAG. Prepare, coordinate and dispatch Annual Reports for our DWS Funds incl. financial writing and coordination with the external auditors Act as a trusted coordination point for regulatory reporting queries, working closely with clients, auditors, supervisory authorities, internal Operations teams, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Technology and other functional stakeholders. Ensure smooth end-to-end process flow by coordinating, organizing and monitoring internal interfaces, proactively managing dependencies, risks and timelines across reporting cycles.
