Dealership: L0556 Wilde East Towne Honda Wilde East Towne Honda Hiring Immediately | Multiple Shifts Pay: $18-22.00 USD per hour Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Greet service customers, identify concerns, and complete a vehicle walk-around. Build accurate repair orders in ADP based on customer concerns and recommended services. Explain service needs, pricing, repair timelines, and multi-point inspection recommendations clearly. Obtain customer authorization for repairs, additional services, and updated estimates before work proceeds. Dispatch repair orders to technicians and coordinate workflow based on department procedures. Partner with technicians to understand diagnoses, repair needs, and completed work. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with status updates and revised completion times. Review completed services, final charges, and repair recommendations with customers at vehicle delivery. Process service payments accurately and ensure a professional, efficient vehicle handoff. Support the Sales-to-Service process by welcoming new customers and introducing them to the dealership's service experience.

Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change. Team-player mentality Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
